Plot : Carl Rodd is the owner of Fat Trout Trailer Park in Deer Meadow. In 1988, a resident of trailer park was murdered. Her name was Teresa Banks... An FBI agent, Chester Desmond, disappears. Twenty-five years later, Carl Rodd manages the "New" Fat Trout Trailer Park in his hometown of Twin Peaks, Washington.
